    Animals:Animals were purebred Baoule and crossbred Zebu x Baoule cattle from Burkina Faso.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Cattle were gentoyped uisng the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip, and GWAS were performed for trypanosomosis status and 35 morphological traits. A total of 38,322 SNPs were used for GWAS.
    Analysis:A univariate linear mixed model was used.
