     Breeds associated:

    Design:Birds were genotyped using a chicken 55K SNP array, with data imputed to full sequence, and GWAS was performed for semen volume. A total of 1,048,576 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS was performed using a univariate linear mixed model.
