    Animals:Animals were from divergent lines of Romney and Perendale sheep selectively bred for high or low fecal nematode egg count.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina OvineSNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for selection signatures associated with resistance or susceptibility to gastrointestinal nematodes.
    Analysis:Two single-marker tests for differentiation, F(ST) and Peddrift, were used to distinguish signals of selection between selection lines from whole-genome data.
