    Animals:Forty ram lambs and sires were selected from 8 US Katahdin farms. Animals were chosen to be as unrelated as possible.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:The phenotypes used in this study were estimated breeding values for fecal egg counts. Genotyping was done with the Applied BiosystemsTM AxiomTM Ovine Genotyping Array (50K).
    Analysis:Following quality control, a linear regression and single locus mixed-model were used for GWAS.
    Software:PLINK v1.90 and SNP and Variation Suite (SVS)
