    Animals:Animals were Lori-Bakhtiari sheep.
     Breeds associated:

    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina OvineSNP50 Beadchip and analyzed for body weight at various ages. A total of 41,323 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:De-regressed EBVs were considered as pseudo-phenotypes, and the GWAS model contained random SNP effects and the first five principal components as covariates to avoid biases due to possible population stratification.
