  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
Animals:Animals were Luzhong mutton sheep, developed by crossing Hu with Dorper sheep.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using an Affymetrix high-density SNP chip. Potential genes associated with litter size were identified via runs of homozygosity and selective sweeps.
Analysis:The connection between absence/presence of identified ROH islands and ewe fecundity was investigated using Fisher's exact test.
    Software:PLINK 1.90, GCTA, GEAR
