    Animals:Animals were Sishui Fur, large- and small-tailed Han, Wadi, Hu, Finnsheep, Icelandic, Romanov, Texel, and Duolang sheep.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina Ovine Infinium HD BeadChip, and association analysis was performed to identify CNV regions associated with polyceraty, tail weight, supernumerary nipples, litter size, and ear size in different breeds.
    Analysis:Case-control, using Fisher's exact text, and logistic regression models were used.
