  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
    Animals:Animals were Sarda dairy sheep.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina OvineSNP50 BeadChip, and GWAS was performed for fecal egg count as a proxy for gastrointestinal nematode resistance. A total of 43,390 SNPs were used for analysis.
Analysis:Combined linkage disequilibrium/linkage analysis was used to detect QTL.
    Software:SAMtools, v1.6, GATK v4.011.0, ASReml-R 4.1
