Animals:Rainbow trout were from two populations: the NCCCWA odd-year line, selected for improved resistance to BCWD; and the Troutlodge, Inc. May-spawning, odd-year nucleus breeding population, selected for growth-related traits.
     Breeds associated:
    n/a
Design:Fish were genotyped using the Affymetrix Axiom 57K SNP array and analyzed for resistance to columnaris disease. A total of 35,900 and 33,980 SNPs were used in the NCCCWA and TLUM populations, respectively.
Analysis:A weighted single-step genomic BLUP (wssGBLUP) method was used.
    Software:THRGIBBSF90, POSTGSF90
