    Animals:Animals were Danish Landrace and Yorkshire pigs.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 BeadChip, or data imputed from the 8.5K low-density chip, and analyzed for litter size and piglet mortality traits. A total of 37,060 and 36,058 SNPs were used for analysis in Landrace and Yorkshire, respectively.
    Analysis:A linear mixed model and a Bayesian mixture model were used for GWAS.
