  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
Animals:Animals were American Yorkshire and British Yorkshire pigs.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP80 BeadChip and analyzed for backfat at 10th rib and days to 100 kg. A total of 53,233 SNPs were used for analysis.
Analysis:Single-population and combined-population analyses were performed using a linear mixed model. A meta-analysis was also performed based on the single-population analyses.
    Software:GCTA, PLINK
