    Animals:Pigs were from two commercial lines, a Large White-type line and a Landrace-type line.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using either the Illumina PorcineSNP60 BeadChip or the GeneSeek Custom 80K SNP chip and analyzed for semen quality traits. A total of 39,945 SNPs (Large White) or 41,478 SNPS (Landrace) were used for analysis.
