Design: | Animals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 Beadchip and analyzed for muscle glycogen and lactate and other meat quality traits. A total of 39,369 SNPs were used for GWAS. In an attempt to identify causative variants, further genotyping and analyses were carried out for SNPs in the PRKAG3 and PHKG1 genes. |
