    Animals:Animals were Danish Landrace and Danish Yorkshire pigs.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the GeneSeek Porcine 50K SNP chip and analyzed for bone mineral density. A total of 39,499 (Landrace) or 42,391 (Yorkshire) SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS was performed using the MLMA-LOCO (leaving one chromosome out) algorithm. Both populations were analyzed separately, then a meta-analysis was performed.
