  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
    Animals:Animals were Large White pigs.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 v2 BeadChip and analyzed for haplotype association with hematological and clinical-biochemical traits. A total of 45,536 SNPs were used for analysis.
Analysis:Linear mixed models were used for GWAS.
    Software:GHap in R, GEMMA, PLINK v1.09
