    Animals:Animals were crossbred Landrace x Yorkshire barrows.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Pigs were genotyped using the Affymetrix Axiom 650K Porcine Genotyping Array and association analysis was performed for blood count traits before and after polymicrobial infectious challenge. A total of 465,910 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Univariate and multivariate single-step GWAS were performed using mixed linear models.
