    Animals:Animals were purebred Yorkshire and Duroc pigs.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Pigs were genotyped using an in-house chip, CAU50K, and GWAS were performed for feed efficiency and growth-related traits. A total of 32,322 (Yorkshire) and 25,539 (Duroc) SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS was carried out using a single-marker regression model.
