  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
Animals:Animals were Large White pigs from two different lines (Canadian and French).
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using the GeneSeek GGP Porcine HD array, and GWAS were performed for age at 100 days and backfat thickness. A total of 41,172 (Canadian line) 40,506 (French line) SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:A mixed model was used.
    Software:PLINK v1.90, GCTA v1.93.3beta, METAL, VCFtools
