    Animals:Animals were American, Canadian, and Danish Large White pigs.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the GeneSeek GGP porcine HD array, and GWAS were performed for growth and backfat traits. A total of 34150, 34543, or 34497 SNPs were used for analysis in the Canadian, Danish, and American lines, respectively. A meta-analysis was performed on the combined data.
    Analysis:A linear mixed model was used for GWAS.
