    Animals:Pigs were from five Duroc populations, four Landrace populations, and four Yorkshire populations.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the 50K GeneSeek GGP-Porcine BeadChip, Illumina Porcine SNP60 BeadChip, and "ZhongxinI" Porcine Breeding Chip, and GWAS were performed for days to 100kg and backfat at 100 kg.
    Analysis:GWAS were performed in a single population (single GWAS) as well as across populations (meta- and mega-GWAS). The leave-one-chromosome-out (LOCO) module in GCTA was used.
