  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
    Animals:Animals were Sujiang pigs.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Pigs were genotyped using the GeneSeek GGP Porcine 80K SNP BeadChip, with data imputed to whole-genome sequence, and GWAS were performed for growth and fatness traits. A total of 4,155,006 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Linear mixed models were used.
    Software:SAMtools v1.9, PLINK v1.9, Beagle, GEMMA
