paretolkhn

Provide a Pareto frontier approximation.

Synopsis:

The paretolkhn command is invoked as either one of :

• paretolkhn Options
• paretolkhn Resolution NbRun CollectMaps

Description:

The paretolkhn command creates a Pareto frontier from scratch. The method is identical to the one used in paretolkh, except that it uses the normalized 2-point loglikelihood criterion for the biological data.

Returns:

nothing.
