     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina Ovine SNP50 Genotyping BeadChip, and GWAS were performed for traits related to gastrointestinal nematode resistance. A total of 37,511 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Weighted, single-step SWAS was performed using genomic best linear unbiased prediction (GBLUP) and an animal model.
