Animals:Animals were purebred Duroc barrows. Animal breed (IDs) involved:
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 v2 BeadChip and analyzed for fat content and fatty acid composition. A total of 36,432 SNPs were used for analysis. Additionally, two candidate QTN from the most highly associated regions (in SCD and LEPR) were genotyped.
Analysis:A Bayes B approach was used.
    Software:PLINK, GenSel, Haploview, Rabbit
Notes:*All SNP endpoints reported for this publication are approximated based on genome position of interval.
