breeding, genetics and genomics teaching

Dear Colleagues,
A large part of the new NRSP8 multistate program charge is to extend our
knowledge of genetics/genomics to non-geneticists to ensure the methods and
tools that we have or will develop are accessible to a broader group;
ultimately, building a pipeline of students in the fields of genetics,
genomics, bioinformatics, and computational biology. To get our finger on
the pulse of what course materials and training would be helpful, we need
to collect information from a wide variety of institutions and disciplines
in agriculture and veterinary sciences. Therefore, please take 5 minutes
and complete the following questionnaire at the link below. Additionally,
please forward this email to any and all of your colleagues. As a
community, we need your help on this!
