Subject: Decoding Cell Talk In Vivo to Build Better In Vitro
Models
Date: Tue, 15 Apr 2025 08:20:20 -0500
Dear colleagues,
We are thrilled to welcome Roser Vento-Tormo, as the guest speaker for
our 2nd Webinar : “Bridging the Gap: Decoding Cell Talk In Vivo to Build
Better In Vitro Models” on the 6th of May 2025 from 15:00 CET
Building better in vitro models starts with understanding the complexity
of biology in vivo. Roser will share how her lab integrates single-cell
and spatial transcriptomics, chromatin accessibility, and microscopy to
map the development and organisation of human tissues—insights that are
crucial to guiding and interpreting in vitro systems.
This talk will be focusing on how we close the in vivo–in vitro gap from
the in vivo side. It’s not about the organism—it’s about the methods.
