Dear Respondent,
I am inviting you to participate in a research about Genomics Educational
Needs in U.S. Land-Grant Universities. You are being asked to participate
because you are an educator with knowledge, experience and interest
regarding Genomics Educational Needs in U.S. Land-Grant Universities. The
procedure involves completing a survey that will take approximately 45
minutes. The survey questions will be about your views regarding Genomics
Educational Needs in U.S. Land-Grant Universities. Through your
participation I hope to gain knowledge to help guide the development of
genomics educational programs, courses, and opportunities in agricultural
and animal genomics at U.S. land-grant universities. You must be at least
18 years old to participate.
To protect your confidentiality, the survey will not contain information
that will personally identify you, and I will not ask for your name. All
information collected in this study will be kept completely confidential to
the extent permitted by law.
This project has been approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at
North Carolina A&T State University.
Your participation is voluntary and there is no penalty if you do not
participate. You may stop the survey at any time or skip any questions you
do not wish to answer.

related concerns or any questions about your rights as a research study
