Dear Group,

On the subject of software packages...

Could anyone point me in the direction of a package which can infer unknown
dam genotypes, given known sire genotypes, and a small number of known
offspring genotypes per dam.

Presumably a calculation of population allele frequencies would be
necessary.

I am using codominant markers, and the population is diploid.

I have had a look on the web, and asked around locally, and was surprised
that nothing obvious was available. If anyone knows of free software out
there that would run on Windows, I would be very grateful...

Regards, Karen Fullard
